*Terms and conditions apply. All offers are subject to available funding. Maximum On-Bill Repayment Program 0% APR financing for eligible NJNG residential customers is $25,000. All loans are net of NJNG rebates. The maximum HVAC and water heating rebate of $3,650 is available for the purchase of equipment with efficiencies at least: 95% AFUE rating for a natural gas furnace, a SEER2 ≥ 15.2, EER2 ≥ 11.7, HSPF2 ≥ 7.8 rating for an air source heat pump ducted or ductless sized to the cooling load with or a SEER2 ≥ 15.2, EER2 ≥10, HSPF2 ≥ 8.1 and a COP ≥ 1.75 at 5° F for a cold climate air source heat pump; and a UEF ≥ 0.95 rating for a tankless water heater. Customer must replace existing non-condensing furnace or boiler with a new, qualifying, high-efficiency condensing model. This offer is subject to change, including termination, without prior notice. Rebates and financing do not apply to new construction or for the replacement of existing condensing boilers/furnaces. Offer applies to qualifying equipment purchased and installed by June 30, 2027. Rebate applications must be postmarked within 120 days of equipment purchase date and must include a photo of the existing furnace/boiler prior to replacement. Customer must submit a paid receipt and proof of permit with NJNG application.
